This from one who accuses me of immature! As of the end of Eldest, Galbatorix is the strongest in magic. Though this is bound to change in the last book.

Delusional! Anyway that's the impression we are given, (at least to me) that so far Galbatorix is still the strongest on magic.

If Eregon wants to defeat him he has quite a ways to go...

The strongest in Magic continues to be Galbatorix. That will change and as Cactoos says, Eragon has a long way to go before he can defeat Galbay or even have the leverage to confrot him without being blasted to Pern.

Eragon will probably need all the help he can get when and if battling galbatorix. He will probably get help from saphira and arya. :D :D :D

LOL! And Greenie too! Last night I was kind of dozing off and I suddenly thought, What if Grennie doesn't hatch for Ayra? I was wide awake and thought, well I will be the laughing stock of the boards and I WILLL have to hunt CP down, and how will I find time to give him a piece of my mind? But then I thought, After Galby there is no one as strong in magic as she. So I went back to sleep with a smile!

I've been thionking it may take a joint effort of Eragon and Ayra (if she turns out to be the new Rider) to be able to defeat Galbatorix and Murtagh. It is most likely to be a two on two battle.

why would it be? Then they have no chance. 2 riders that can hold Eragon and Saphira in place for minutes. as I was saying, it's gonna be 1 on 1, or 2 on 1 for Murtagh and then a deffinate 2 on 1 for Galbatorix.
