I liked to be able to compare how much the kids have matured in their acting. That's all I liked.
I hate movies 3 & 4
I didn't like the fact that if someone was not familiar with the books would miss out on a lot of important events which happened in the books.
I am aware that a movie cannot be word for word, or scene by scene of the book, but what they did...
I'm not looking foward to the 5th one at all, seeing how they butchered the last two.

Well, wasn't there a new director? I agree, movies 3 & 4..... I can't think of a polite way to put it.

Seriously there was some thing wrong with the plot for the last two the director totally screwed things up. :(

I think they messed up the last two especially TGOF because it kind of was off the plot of the book.

I feel they placed too much importance on the Yule Ball the bathroom/Myrtle scene (though I found it very amusing) and a lot less in important issues like Ron's jealousy, Hermione's loyalty, Cedric before & after the Yule Ball. What about the importance of Sirius and the information he was able to piece together and inform Harry. The relationship with the theft of the ingredients for the polyjuice potion...
As I said, I didn't like it at all!

Yea they got rid of stuff and replaced some stuff with other stuff like with Dobby and Nevile. Nevile giving him the Ratweed instead. <_<

I can honestly say, I saw it the evening it was released in and IMAC, at Navy Pier, Chicago, and I could have save myself, the money, the gas and the trip. It would have been less disappointing and expensive if I would have just watched it in the local theaters.

STAY ON TOPIC!!! I have to dissagree on this one. I loved all of the movies except the third one. And I heard that the third director for the third movie usually does horror movies. I didn't like that one at all. They totally screwed up the set and by having the actors hardly ever wearing robs at all! I mean in the first one it was all you better get your robs on were almost there. Which is what Hermione said to Harry and Ron in the first one. But then in the third one they like never wore their robs.

I gave him permission to. My borther is watching the 4th movie right next to me, and thing are very different. for instance the scenes in the maze, there was no S.P.E.W., or Dobby. Very poor indeed.

Yeah. The werewolf looked like a naked man with some doglike features. It was bad.
