Well, when I was rereading Eragon yesterday, Saphira said that her feelings toward whoever Eragon had feelings for would affect her feelings toward that person.

I think that it means Saphira and Eregon are connected so whatever Eregon feels for another, Saphira will feel the same.

That's the same conclusion I came to. Saphira AND Eragon need to thread carefully on this issue. Saphira is well aware of where Eragon's heart is and the only admonishments she has handed him out are those when Eragon has been reckless in verbalizing them to Ayra. She doesn't, however seem to object Ayra.

Exactly what I was trying to say, I couldn't put it in the right words. She said something about her feelings being likewise influenced.

but since she said it in the ancient language doesnt it have to stay that way, kinda like an oath

This excerpt keeps rolling around my head each time I hear the "ancient language theory."

"And the elves speak this language?'
"Yes."
"So they never lie?"
"Not quite," admitted Brom. "They mantain that they don't, and in a way it's true, but they have perfected the art of saying one thing and meaning another. You never know exactly what their intent is, or if you have fathomed it correctly. Many times they only reveal part of the truth and withhold the rest. It takes a refined and subtle mind to deal with their culture."
Eragon, 146

Yes, but can YOU find a way in which she can get around her words. It means that she doen't, but that doesn't mean she may in the future.

I'MNOT CRAZY, I am pointing out the fact that it can happen, and it can be possible she said a half truth. Open your mind, please do not be so obstinate, she knows all the things that separate them. She knows everything that is at stake. After all, SHE IS AN HONORABLE WOMAN!!!

Yes, and she's also human.... i mean elf... but we would be able to tell from something else. And plese try to think yourself, "how could I get around those words and make them a half truth." They are straight forward and don't leave much wiggle room.
