Brom being Eragon's father would do A TON for the story.

Maybe it was not the best moment! I still think it would have offered him some much needed comfort. I don't know, maybe there is some kind of wisdom that I cannot actually see yet.

Some how I do think he must have known. The phrase Oromis used after Durza was killed; "I have the answers to all you ask" has me constantly wondering. :blink:

Oh, ok. that makes sence. But the most fatherly figure Brom had was Oromis. Don't you think that Eragon could tell Oromis anything to get advice? Same with Brom.
