Eregon can draw strength from his surroundings. Wouldnt it make perfect sense if eregon used the energy of his enemies to kill others. It would pretty much kill two birds with one stone. And if he did on a widescale it would be 50 or so birds with one stone. Does this make sense |

When he kills a magician, he should draw all of the energy from the people he/she protects, restore his and Saphira's vitality, restore his crystals' magic, and then with the remaining strength of the enemy soldiers, create a giant fireball and send it at the next group of soldiers, thereby depleating the next enemy magician's energy because of the wards he/she has around his soldiers. This becoms a vicious cycle. |

He probably wouldnt be able to take the strength from the people the magician protected because once a magician is killed then the magic he was using is also vanquished. |

the magic he was protecting them with is gone, but their life isn't gone immediately. He can use their energy. |
