Industrial Production Points represent the industrial capacity of your nation (think HoI). While allocating all of your available IPP to military production or state construction projects might seem tempting, it would also be shockingly unrealistic. As a player, you will have to strike a balance between leaving excess IPP that will be put to commercial use, and maintaining state contracts to promote growth and development in the industrial sector.
