New machines including the american cotton gin, textile producers and other essential things to increase the Mexican Industry have been delivered and distributed. 100 Pounds worth of Machinery have been distributed to haciendas aswell as the factories.

The Fair Transportation Act of 1855 is a minor bill, but it passed, and indicates that all cargo, must be treated as equal in any oppurtunity. That Ship Captains, and future railway stations, cannot decide at random or through bribery, and bias, to charge differently to transport goods of the same species but of different owner.
