*Someone Sticky this in the Balancing Section*

This is the complete list of balance changes for the next version(2.0):

Almost all values have been reduced by 50%(rounded up if needed) for appearence sake(Insane numbers=fail). This includes the amount of HPperStr and MPperInt.
Values Reduced: Base Damages, Base Health, Spell Damage, Stat Multipliers, HP per STR, MP per INT, Damage per base attribute, potion healings amounts,
If something has been Buffed or nerfed below this point, keep in mind the buff/nerf applies AFTER the 50% reducing.
Ariel's "Summon Raven" Spell now requires lv4 to be used, but levels normally. The crow also deals splash damage(lol) and has it's atk/move speed increased.
NetherHeart has been changed: Death Riders now work differently. They all deal 11-20 damage but have a 10% chance to critical and deal 999damage. Grim fate now works after 60 seconds
Vennet has been changed: Shiva Summon no longer has 1-100 bonus base damage to it(Was a glitch). Tiamat deals 1000dmg instead of 750, and his Splash dmg now has a WORKING medium and small aoe(150&75%/200&50%). Titan now regens 4% of his HP every secound, to make up for his low hp.
Sekke Hatomaki has been buffed: Red&Blue Dragons now regein 1% HP per secound, Black Dragon regens 2% HP per secound.
Lily Yominko has been Changed: Ulti now works differently, each Rose Petal will attack with a ranged 15dmg atk every 0.25 secounds for the 1 secound it is alive.
Ryuu has been Changed: Wind Draw's multiplier buffed to (0.35*level)*AGI. Storm Draw's multiplier has been nerfed to (2.5*level)*AGI.
Melos Break has been Buffed: Shield Bash now adds 100% of his STR instead of 50%. Offensive Defense now deals 50% of his STR instead of 25%.
Sasaki Kojiro has been Buffed: Five Moon Ending's AoE increased by 100(600 total), Agi multiplier buffed to 0.6*AGI per hit(3*AGI total).
Tuu Tourin has been Nerfed: Critical Chance knocked down to 20%. Blade Thrust's stat multiplier knocked down to 0.2+(.1*AbilityLevel), cooldown up to 10 secounds.
Creeps have been buffed: Ranged creeps now regen 1% HP per secound, Melee Creeps regen 2% per secound.
Mana pots now heal 75/150/300/600 instead of 150/300/600/1200 due to MPperInt factors(The reasons HP is healed as 150/300/600/1200).
Magic Immunes now resist Leech, Thorns, and Ultimates.
Individual Armor Types(With weakness/strengths) and Individual Attack Types(Again, goodVSsome/badVSsome) introduced.

This is not a topic to discuss. This is just a NOTICE topic.

And if you want to make sure there are no heroes who don't get properly nerfed/buffed/etc then please post about it in the balance section(perferabley a new topic, not this one) X_X
