You should perma-ban yourself in rl.
Torrent encryption - most clients have that option it'll encrypt the traffic so that it can't be recognized as torrent traffic anymore. |

Same on the cooking and glasses part.
That's quite simple Torrents use live headers (like adresses) to communicate. Now if you encrypt those headers then it's just random data for anyone who doesn't decrypt it again. |
