Looks like I'm the only vote for number 6. I dunno, I just really liked the guy. Getting involved between all these battles with super powered people and armies, just to stick by your friend. And then when you're fatally wounded, not even telling him and just pretending to be tired. Kimishima was awesome, and I hated that they killed him.

do you think we should attempt to make builds for some of the characters in X? I don't think it would be very difficult course I'd need to rewatch it again...been awhile.

After seeing the funeral scene afterwards, how can you say that? T_T

I mean, that's one of the only times I've ever felt remotely sad while watching anime.

Make that basicially the only time. And the funeral still gets me, with the little girl crying and asking where her daddy is. It did a good job of showing the worst sides of war IMO.

Well, that wasn't really war, but...yeah.

He was supposed to die it's the law of anime.
That's because he's the weakest guy the same happened in DBZ (Kuririn) and countless other animes.
And hughes is creepy I don't want to know what he did with the pics of his loli when nobody was around.

he only had fatal wounds to his body and falls over going bang...then it plays a convincing death sorta music....so ya he's not dead...he's just sleeping. FOREVER!!!

if you got proof please show...because I seriously doubt that.

You mean with Spike? Sure, I can show ya the proof. However it's 200 MB long. It's episode 25 and was ONLY aired in Japan and ONLY recorded in VHS and I got a copy on my comp. It's legit. At the end of the episode it said "This is not the end. Wou will see the real 'cowboy bebop' someday!

I will upload it, it will take awhile though.

Hey Matar, you're wrong. I'm not going to bother explaining in my own words, but here's why:
Quote:

TV Tokyo, extremely wary, told Watanabe that they would show only twelve of the Cowboy Bebop episodes. The rest would not be shown due to their violence, and the ones that they did show were also edited down. The episodes that did end up being shown were: Stray Dog Strut, Honky Tonk Women, Heavy Metal Queen, Waltz for Venus, Jamming with Edward, Ganymede Elegy, Toys in the Attic, Jupiter Jazz, Bohemian Rhapsody, My Funny Valentine, Speak Like a Child, and an extra thirteenth episode that was a montage of the previous episodes named Mish-Mash Blues. These episodes were aired from April 3, 1998 to May 26, 1998 on every Friday.

At the end of Mish-Mash Blues there was a small message:

This is not the end.
You will see the real "Cowboy Bebop" someday!

They weren't lying. On November 23, 1998, the satellite station WOWOW began showing Cowboy Bebop in all its glory. They showed all 26 episodes without any editing. Also starting on December 18, 1998, Bandai began releasing all of Cowboy Bebop on VHS, DVD, and Laserdisc.

So, the phrase "This is not the end" refers to the incomplete Bebop episodes shown in Japan due to censorship, NOT to Spike's death. That wasn't episode 25, it was "Mish-Mash Blues." Spike obviously died, although the ending is open to interpretation.
