Section 1. Formation and Survival A. A caucus may be created at any time after the caucus has received at minimum ten (10) signers and has been approved by a Councilor. B. A caucus must have a proper name and a set statement of the priorities of the caucus on top of ten (10) signers. C. At no time can the caucus membership fall below ten (10). If it fails to have a membership of ten for three days, the Council has the right to remove it. Section 2. Caucus Membership A. Any active member of the simulation may join a caucus upon the approval of the Caucus Leadership. B. All players may claim membership in ONLY one (1) Caucus at a time. C. Caucus members have the ability to switch caucii at their discretion. D. Any member(s) who is (are) inactive for any long period of unexcused absence, which may be determined by the caucus, that (those) member(s) may be removed. Section 3. Caucus Guidelines and General Information A. No caucus may be formed for sexual, racial, or discriminatory reasons. B. A caucus may sanction up to two (2) events during a week upon approval from the Council. D. Caucii will be rewarded at random for activity and membership with funds. Section 4. Caucus Abilities A. Endorse legislation, candidates, and organizations within the simulation. B. Hold events to enlighten the simulation population about your caucus and what it supports. C. Hold fundraisers to earn money for campaign distributions. |
